This December, the Lycée Français Louis Pasteur (LFLP) embraced the festive spirit with a series of memorable activities that brought together the school community in celebration and solidarity.
For the first time, LFLP hosted a Christmas tree lighting ceremony, marking the beginning of the festive season. The enchanting evening featured students sending letters to Santa, while families enjoyed snacks in a warm and joyful atmosphere.
The holiday magic continued with a delightful “Candyland”-inspired transformation as PVG (Parents Volunteer Group) delighted students with hot chocolate, cookies, and candies, creating an unforgettable experience. To add a touch of education to the fun, dentists from Smile 360 shared valuable lessons on oral hygiene.
The spirit of giving was equally strong throughout November and December, with various solidarity actions including a food drive by the PVG, a bake sale organized by terminale students, and a sale at the Christmas bazaar by CM1B students. These efforts culminated in donations of food items and cheques for 178,500 Naira each to three local charities.
The school extends its gratitude to everyone who participated in these activities, proving once again the power of community and generosity during the holiday season.
