The 4e and 2de students visited an exhibition of 108 terracotta heads, each representing a Chibok girl kidnapped by Boko Haram in 2024. Initiated by sculptor Prune Noury in partnership with potters from Ilé-Ifè, students from Obafemi Awolowo University and the families of the girls, the exhibition aims to advocate for the cause of the girls still being held and to highlight the struggle for girls’ education. The students discovered and tried with the artist the technique of terracotta sculpting.
