LFLP was pleased to welcome Mr Olivier Becht, the Minister for exterior commerce for France, on November 24th, 2023. The Minister visited the school including its newly completed buildings and met with students, as well as hundreds of members of the French community. During the visit, he learnt more about the school’s commitment to providing its students with the same world-class education as in France. Mr Becht’s visit is a recognition of the school’s strong languages, science and sports program, which are designed to prepare students for furthering studies in prestigious universities anywhere in the world.
The Minister’s visit began with a tour of the school’s newly renovated buildings followed by a brief interview with students, before meeting with hundreds of members of the French community, during a cocktail.
