Throughout May, pupils from different classes went on field trips. The CP and CE2 classes went to the Lekki Conservation Center. The CE2s took the opportunity to walk for an hour in the nature reserve. This morning trip enabled them to develop as responsible citizens, by developing their knowledge of and respect for nature. This learning contributes to their personal enrichment and their awareness of environmental issues.
As for the CM2 pupils, they spent an unforgettable day at Freedom Park as part of the “La Fontaine revisited” project in collaboration with the Nbari Nbajo troupe of Bariga children. They also had the chance to meet painter Oladimeji Alabi, adding an artistic dimension to their experience. After a thrilling obstacle course, the students returned home tired but happy from their enriching day at Freedom Park.
