Du 4 au 6 juin prochain, la ville de Bordeaux accueillera le Sommet Afrique – France qui regroupera 54 pays du continent. Le thème de cette rencontre internationale est « Villes et territoires durables ».
Les établissements français à l’étranger sont impliqués dans ce sommet.
Ainsi, dix élèves de sixième de notre Lycée associés à dix élèves invités de la Methodist Boys School vont produire des dessins sur la ville durable.
Ces dessins seront ensuite envoyés à Bordeaux où, réunis avec les œuvres d’autres écoles du continent, ils composeront les branches d’un arbre qui sera inauguré lors du sommet et seront regroupées dans un recueil.
The City of Bordeaux will host the Africa-France Summit from June 4 to 6. This is an international meeting on the theme of « Sustainable cities and territories » and will bring together 54 countries from the continent.
The French schools abroad being involved in this summit, ten students of 6eme (JSS1) from our school, in association with ten other students selected from the Methodist Boys School, will produce drawings on the sustainable city.
Their production will then be sent to Bordeaux where, together with the production of other schools in the continent, will compose the branches of a tree which will be inaugurated at the summit and will be gathered in a collection.
